摘要
从金属型管电极制备、动态反极性电源、工艺参数试验等方面论述了一种金属型管电液束加工的特点与技术优势,该技术可解决孔径0.8~6.0 mm、深径比达100∶1以上小孔的难加工难题,保证加工过程稳定的基础上,可获得无再铸层、微裂纹及热影响区的高表面质量小孔。
The fabrication of metal tube electrode,dynamic reverse polarity power supply and technological parameters test are discussed in detail to explore the technical characteristics and advantage of the electro-hydraulic beam processing technology for metal tube. The new technology solves the problem of processing small holes with aperture of 0.8 mm to 6.0 mm and large aspect ratio over 100∶1,which obtains a high-quality hole without recasting layer,microcracks and heat affected zone on the base of processing stability.
