摘要
目的:探讨骨性关节炎(OA)患者1-磷酸鞘氨醇(S1P)、基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP3)的水平变化及临床意义。方法:选取早期OA患者36例,晚期OA患者32例,及同期体检年龄匹配的健康人72例为对照组。观察三组血清S1P与MMP3水平差异,探讨S1P与MMP3的相关性。结果:早期OA组血清S1P(0.118±0.04)pg/ml与MMP3(207.79±19.70)pg/ml,晚期OA组血清S1P(0.171±0.03)pg/ml与MMP3(292.23±27.4)pg/ml,指标均明显高于对照组S1P(0.065±0.02)pg/ml与MMP3(59.62±8.38)pg/ml水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,S1P与MMP-3的血清水平呈正相关(r=0.740,P<0.01)。结论:S1P与MMP3水平在OA患者升高,而S1P指标水平升高会相应引起MMP3升高从而导致OA,在晚期患者中表现的更为明显。
Objective:To investigate the level changes and clinical significance of sphingosine 1-phosphate(S1P)and matrix metalloproteinase 3(MMP3)in patients with osteoarthritis(OA).Methods:36 cases of early OA patients(61.47±6.86)years and 32 cases of late-stage OA were selected and 72 healthy age-matched people aged(62.39±7.48)years were recruited from our hospital physical examination at the same time.To observe the difference of S1P and MMP3 levels between the two groups,and to explore the correlation between S1P and MMP3.Results:The serum levels of S1P(0.118±0.04)pg/ml and MMP3(207.79±19.70)pg/ml in the early OA group and the serum leves of S1P(0.171±0.03)pg/ml and MMP3(292.23±27.4)pg/ml of late-stage OA group,were significantly higher than S1P(0.065±0.02)pg/ml and MMP3(59.62±8.38)pg/ml in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the Spearman's correlation analysis,S1P was found to be positively associated with serum levels of MMP-3(r=0.740,P<0.01).Conclusion:Levels of S1P and MMP3 may increase in the early stage of OA.S1P caused a significant increase in MMP3 levels and lead to OA.
