摘要
目的:对不同级别宫颈病变中HR-HPV亚型的分布情况进行分析,为宫颈癌的预防提供更精确的数据。方法:对360例不同级别宫颈病变患者,统计分析其HR-HPV的亚型感染情况。结果:120例宫颈LSIL的HR-HPV感染者为106例,阳性率88.3%。120例宫颈HSIL的HR-HPV感染者为113例,阳性率94.2%。120例宫颈鳞状细胞癌Ⅰ期的HR-HPV感染者为114例,阳性率95%,三组之间的感染率没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。在所有患者中,HR-HPV各个分型感染率前五位由高到低分别是16、58、52、33、18。结论:宫颈癌的发生与HR-HPV密切相关,目前在国内批准和开展的9价HPV疫苗能够预防常见的HR-HPV亚型感染。
Objective:Analysis of the distribution of HR-HPV subtypes in different grades of cervical lesions.Methods:The HR-HPV subtype infection was statistically analyzed in 360 patients with different grades of cervical lesions.Results:There were 106 cases of HR-HPV infection in 120 cases of cervical LSIL,the positive rate was 88.3% .There were 113 cases of HR-HPV infection in 120 cases of cervical HSIL,and the positive rate was 94.2% .There were 114 cases of HR-HPV infection in 120 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,and the positive rate was 95% .There was no significant difference in the infection rate between the three groups(P>0.05).In all patients,the top five infection rates of HR-HPV were 16,58,52,33,and 18,respectively.Conclusion:The occurrence of cervical cancer is closely related to HR-HPV,Cervical cancer vaccines can prevent common HR-HPV subtype infections.
