卡马西平联合巴氯芬治疗神经病理性疼痛临床研究

Efficacy of carbamazepine combined with muscle relaxant baclofen in the treatment of neuropathic pain

目的:探讨卡马西平联合肌松药物巴氯芬治疗神经病理性疼痛的临床效果。方法:将收治的神经病理性疼痛患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组各38例,研究组使用卡马西平联合肌松药物巴氯芬进行治疗,对照组患者单纯使用卡马西平进行治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者VAS、PSQI、SAS、SDS和QOL评分明显降低,并且研究组降低程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组头晕、嗜睡、恶心、便秘、皮疹等不良反应发生率为13.16%,对照组为18.42%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卡马西平联合巴氯芬治疗神经病理性疼痛患者效果较好,有效的改善了患者睡眠质量、生活质量以及心理状态,具有一定安全性。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of carbamazepine combined with muscle relaxant baclofen in the treatment of neuropathic pain.Methods:76 patients with neuropathic pain 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table method,38 patients were divided into two groups.The study group used carbamazepine combined with muscle relaxant drugs.Baclofen was treated,and the control group was treated with carbamazepine alone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of the two groups of AS,PSQI,SAS,SDS and QOL were significantly lower,and the reduction of the study group was significantly better.In the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,lethargy,nausea,constipation and rash in the study group was 13.16% ,and that in the control group was 18.42% .There was no statistical difference between the groups.(P>0.05).Conclusion:Carbamazepine combined with baclofen is effective in the treatment of patients with neuropathic pain.It can improve the quality of sleep,quality of life and mental state of patients,and it has good safety and clinical value.
