急性脑梗死患者血清ox-LDL、Hcy、LDL水平变化及检测临床意义

Changes of ox-LDL,Hcy and LDL levels in patients with cerebral infarction and their clinical significance

目的:观察脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平变化,并分析其临床意义。方法:选取脑梗死患者60例为观察组,同时选取同期体检健康的成年人60例作为对照组。观察两组研究对象Hcy、LDL、ox-LDL等水平,比较两组研究对象细胞因子和NIHSS评分、MESSS评分的差异,分析脑梗死患者Hcy、LDL、ox-LDL水平与细胞因子、NIHSS评分的相关性。结果:观察组患者的LDL、ox-LDL和甘油三酯(TG)水平均高于对照组(t=-5.032、-68.026、-3.736,P<0.01);观察组患者总胆红素(TBIL)水平低于对照组,C反应蛋白、Hcy和白介素-6(IL-6)水平均高于对照组(t=-55.132、-33.144、-39.981,P<0.01);观察组患者的NIHSS评分和MESSS评分均高于对照组(t分别为=-47.440、-39.61,P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义;脑梗死患者的Hcy、LDL、ox-LDL水平与TBIL负相关,与C反应蛋白、IL-6、NIHSS和MESSS水平正相关。结论:脑梗死患者的Hcy、LDL、ox-LDL水平较高,且与NIHSS、MESSS评分和C反应蛋白等细胞因子水平密切相关。

Objective:To observe the changes of the levels of Hcy,LDL and ox-LDL in patients with cerebral infarction,and to analyze the clinical significance.Methods:The patients with cerebral infarction treated were selected as the subjects,and the healthy adults in our hospital were selected as the control group.To observe the serum lipid levels of the two groups of Hcy,LDL,ox-LDL and other objects,the difference between the two groups of cytokines and NIHSS scores,correlation analysis of Hcy,LDL and ox-LDL in patients with cerebral infarction and levels of cytokines,NIHSS score.Results:The levels of LDL-C,ox-LDL and TG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=-5.032,-68.026,-3.736,P<0.01);The NIHSS score and MESSS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=47.440,-39.61,P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.The levels of C reactive protein,Hcy and IL-6 were higher than those of the control group(t=-55.132,-33.144,-39.981,P<0.01);The NIHSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=-47.440,P<0.01);The levels of Hcy,LDL and ox-LDL in patients with cerebral infarction were negatively correlated with TBIL,and positively correlated with the levels of C reactive protein,IL-6,MESSSand NIHSS.Conclusion:The levels of Hcy,LDL and ox-LDL in patients with cerebral infarction are higher,and they are closely related to the NIHSS and MESSS score and the levels of C reactive protein and other cytokines.
