履带式起重机组合臂架整体稳定性分析

摘要 履带式起重机组合臂架受倾覆稳定性约束多采用变截面臂,导致设计中臂架整体稳定性难以分析,提出基于惯性矩转换的等效转换法。以惯性矩转换为基础,将复杂变截面依次转换为阶梯柱并等效转换为梯形柱,使惯性矩按平方变化、截面按照直线变化,构建多阶梯柱—梯形柱等效转换模型。在C#平台的基础上开发参数化分析软件并应用于使用主臂+副臂组合方式的300 t履带式起重机整体稳定性分析,分析结果显示该型号起重机臂架安全裕度值在合理范围内。 The combined arm frame of crawler crane is constrained by overturning stability,which makes the overall stability of the arm frame difficult to be analyzed in the design.So an equivalent conversion method based on inertia moment conversion is proposed.Based on the inertial moment conversion,the complex variable cross section is converted to the ladder column in turn and equivalent to trapezoidal column,so that the inertial moment changes in square and the cross section in straight line,and the equivalent transformation model of multi-step column to trapezoidal column is constructed.Based on the C# platform,the parametric analysis software is developed and applied to the overall stability analysis of the main arm + sub-arm combination of 300 t crawler crane.The analysis results show that the safety margin value of the crane arm frame is within a reasonable range.
