摘要
煤矿井下皮带运输机承担着井下煤炭运输的重要任务。皮带运输机的故障率直接影响井下煤炭生产效率,皮带跑偏是皮带运输机故障率最高的故障之一,通过实践研究皮带运输机跑偏位置、类型、原因,提出处理方法,为解决皮带跑偏问题,提升皮带运输机运输效率提供参考。
Belt conveyor undertakes the important task of underground coal transportation.The failure rate of belt conveyor affects the production efficiency of underground coal directly,and belt deviation is one of the most frequent faults of belt conveyor.The location,type and cause of belt conveyor deviation were studied through practice,and the treatment methods were put forward,which can provide reference for solving the problem of belt deviation and improving the transport efficiency of belt conveyor.
