摘要
运用ANSYS-APDL语言建立与实际工况相同的ANSYS有限元模型,通过大量有限元仿真计算,模拟研究了不同感应加热工艺参数对钢板弯曲变形的影响规律,并得到了相关加工工艺参数数据。最后运用MATLAB建立了高频感应加热钢板弯曲成型工艺参数与板变形间的关系函数,为后续钢板数字化成型制造的研究提供了依据。
Using ANSYS-APDL language,the finite element model which is the same as the actual working condition was established.Through a large number of finite element simulation calculations,the effects of different induction heating parameters on the bending deformation of steel plate were simulated and studied,and the relevant processing parameters data were obtained.At last,the relation function between bending process parameters and the plate deformation of high frequency induction heating steel plate was simulated by MATLAB,which provided a basis for the follow-up study digital forming of steel plate.
