基于CAD?MR技术混合现实重建骨盆与髋臼骨折及血管网辅助手术临床研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过与常规手术比较,研究CAD-MR辅助精准治疗骨盆骨折与髋臼骨折的效果。方法我院2017年6月至2018年3月骨盆骨折与髋臼骨折病例24例随机分为两组,A组CAD-MR辅助手术组12例,B组常规手术组12例。A组采用MR混合现实重建、术前设计与术中匹配进行手术辅助干预。结果 CAD-MR辅助手术组手术切开显露时间(25.36±4.90)min,低于常规手术组(31.29±3.39)min(P <0.05),复位与固定时间(46.28±9.52)min,低于常规手术组(72.61±12.32)min(P <0.05),差异有统计学意义;术中出血量CAD-MR辅助手术组手术切开显露时间(326.49±36.57)mL,低于常规手术组(437.12±42.91)mL(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;CAD-MR辅助手术组手术疗效Matta评分优良率为91.6%,常规手术组优良率为83.3%;CAD-MR辅助手术组手术疗效Majeed评分优良率为83.3%,常规手术组优良率为75.5%。结论 CAD-MR辅助手术可以缩短了手术时间,减少出血量,提高手术的疗效。 Objective To explore therapeutic effect of CAD-MR aided surgery for pelvic fracture or ace tabular fracture and to compare its effect with that of routine procedure.Methods 24 patients of pelvic fracture or acetabular fracture from June 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into group A with 12 patients treated by CAD-MR aided operation and group B with 12 patients treated by routine method.Results The time of open exposure of group A(25.36±4.90)min was shorter than that of group B(31.29±3.39)min;the time of reduction and internal fixation of group A(46.28±9.52)min was shorter than that of group B(72.61±12.32)min;the amount of bleeding of group A(437.12±42.91)mL was less than that of group B(437.12±42.91)mL and there were statistical differences between the 2 groups.Excellent rate of Matta score of group A was 91.6%while that of group B 83.3%and excellent rate of Majeed score of group A was 83.3%while that of group B 75.5%.Conclusion The operation time is shortened and the amount of bleeding is reduced in CAD-MR aided operation,thus the operative effect is promoted.
