On the background of the development of "Internet +" education, this article selects the excellent course of "management basis" of Shenyang Urban Construction College of new local undergraduate colleges as the research point, takes the construction of excellent courses as the breakthrough point of teaching reform, and constructs the first-class teaching team, teaching material resources and innovative education methods to improve the quality of teaching. The construction path is explored and laid the foundation for the construction and development of other similar courses with strong practicality.
