摘要
在对某船的艉锚收放装置进行结构强度评估的过程中发现:艉锚收放装置的人字架结构在靠近艉部的后侧平板折角位置处应力集中问题十分严重,初始设计方案无法满足结构强度的设计要求。依据人字架结构的结构形式和特点,给出结构优化方案;考虑艉锚收放装置结构重量的设计要求,给出人字架结构合理的优化范围和结构尺寸。该人字架结构优化方案在保证满足结构强度设计要求的同时,能很好地保证满足结构增重不宜过大的设计要求。
During the assessment for the structural strength of a ship's stern anchor collection device,it is found that there is severe stress concentration at the back-plate slanting corner of the stern anchor collection device's herringbone structure,and the initial design cannot meet the structural strength design requirements.Therefore,structural optimization is proposed based on the form and characteristics of the herringbone structure,and the reasonable range and size for herringbone structure optimization are given according to the design requirements on the structural weight of the stern anchor collection device.The optimized herringbone structure not only increases the required structural strength,but also well satisfies the design requirement that the increase of structural weight should not be too large.
