摘要
在设计客船过程中,为显著增强客船的安全性,须通过优化撤离布置来对客船进行撤离分析,包括撤离路线的选取、脱险通道的布置、人员初始分布、救生设备的配备和撤离时间的计算等。根据国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization, IMO)MSC.1/Circ.1533通函的要求,对某型客船进行简化撤离分析,供船舶设计和审图工作参考。
In order to significantly enhance the safety of a passenger ship and to improve the design,it is necessary to carry out an analysis on the evacuation arrangement optimization at the ship design stage,which includes evacuation routes selection,arrangement of evacuation means,initial distribution of people,provision of life saving appliances and calculation of evacuation time.This paper provides a simplified evacuation analysis for a passenger ship based on the latest IMO(International Maritime Organization)Circular MSC.1/Circ.1533,which can be used as reference for ship designers and drawing approval engineers.
