摘要
简述国内半潜起重平台的发展情况,并总结影响双吊联动回转作业的主要因素。以Zeelandia平台吊装Spar上部模块为研究对象,重点阐述吊物方向角不变和吊臂提升角不变2种回转方式的主要特点和具体操作流程,并在此基础上探讨2种方式各自的优缺点和两者结合的必要性。提供的解决方案既可为Zeelandia平台的尺寸优化和总布置改进等后续工作的开展提供基础,又可为其他起重平台海上联合吊装作业研究提供参考。
This paper introduces the development of semi-submersible crane vessel(SSCV)in China,and summarizes the key factors affecting the double crane slewing operation.Taking the lifting and loading of spar topside modules with Zeelandia as the research object,this paper illustrates the major characteristics and detailed processes of two crane slewing measures,i.e.,invariant cargo orientation and invariant boom erection angle.Their respective advantages and disadvantages are investigated and the necessity of their combination is also discussed.The solution presented in this paper is essential for the hull optimization and general arrangement improvement of Zeelandia,which may provide reference for the research of tandem lifting operations of other SSCVs.
