摘要
以单轴测试转台系统为研究对象,依据系统功能和性能的技术指标要求,确定系统的总体控制方案,并进行关键元部件的选配,建立相关的数学模型;同时针对系统动态测试要求,采用频域特性法对系统进行校正,设计PID控制器。经过MATLAB仿真,证明了控制算法的有效性,同时通过在实际工程中的调试,系统位置定位误差范围在-2″~2″之间,速率准确度及平稳性不低于5×10-3,工作频带10 Hz且幅值误差小于±10%,使系统满足指标要求,达到预期的控制效果。
In this paper,taking the single-axis test turntable system as the research object,the overall control scheme of the system is determined according to the technical requirements of the system function and performance,the key components are selected and matched,and the relevant mathematical model is established.At the same time,according to the dynamic test requirements of the system,the frequency domain characteristic method is used to correct the system and design the PID controller.The effectiveness of the control algorithm is proved by MATLAB simulation.At the same time,through the debugging in practical engineering,the positioning accuracy is not more than 2″,and the speed accuracy and stability are not more than 5×10 -3.The operating frequency band is 10Hz and the amplitude error is less than 10%.This makes the system meet the requirements of the index and achieve the desired control effect.
