摘要
将大风量空调机组应用于小空间场所时,存在各房间空调使用要求不同、风量分配不均匀、各房间空调冷热负荷差异性大、设备如何利用以及建筑能耗高等问题。以杭州市某科技服务中心项目为例,对此提出一系列研究对策,包括房间空调负荷计算分析、空调负荷的匹配、变频技术应用、定风量风阀设置以及防排烟系统策略等。通过实施以上对策,能够达到各房间空调负荷、风量分配均匀,房间温湿度舒适,经济合理,降低能耗的效果,通过实际运行,达到了预期的使用目标和节能要求。研究成果能为大风量空调机组应用于小空间的设计、改造和运行提供重要参考。
When large volume air conditioning units are used in small rooms,it may induce some problems,including the difference of air conditioning requirements in different rooms,the uneven distribution of air volume,the large difference between cooling and heating loads in different rooms,the usage of equipments,and the high consumption of construction.By taking a project of a science and technology service center in Hangzhou as an example,a series of measures are taken to solve these problems,including the calculation and analysis of air conditioning loads,the matching of air conditioning loads,the use of frequency conversion technology,the setting of constant volume valves,and the strategies of smoke control and exhaust systems.The results show that,through the implementation of the above measures,the air conditioning load and air volume in each room can be evenly distributed,the room temperature and humidity are comfortable,the cost is reasonable,and the energy consumption is reduced.Through practical operations,the expected use goals and energy saving requirements can be achieved.The research can provide an important reference for the design,reconstruction,and operation of large volume air conditioning units in small rooms.
