摘要
以一年生香花油茶幼苗为供试材料,研究不同浓度Pb胁迫对香花油茶幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:香花油茶对重金属Pb具有较高的耐性,随着土壤中Pb含量的增加,株高、茎生物量、叶生物量和总生物量呈先增后减的变化趋势,最大值分别出现800、 600、 800和600 mg/kg浓度;地径和根长随着土壤中Pb浓度的增加呈逐渐减小的趋势,当Pb浓度达到800 mg/kg时,香花油茶幼苗地径和根长显著降低;当土壤中Pb浓度达到1 200 mg/kg时,香花油茶幼苗新叶出现卷曲变黄,土壤中Pb含量达到2 000 mg/kg时香花油茶幼苗全部死亡。
One year old seedlings of Camellia osmantha were treated with Pb at different concentrations to observe the effects of Pb stress on their growth.The results showed that the C.osmantha seedlings had a high tolerance to Pb.With the increase of Pb in the soil,the plant height,stem biomass,leaf biomass and total biomass of the C.osmantha seedlings showed a trend of increasing first and then decreased,and their maximum values occurred when treated with PB at the concentrations of 800,600,800 and 600 mg/kg,respectively.The ground diameter and root length of the seedlings of C.osmantha tended to decrease gradually with the increase of Pb in soil,and decreased obviously when the soil concentration of Pb was upto 800 mg/kg.When the soil Pb content was upto 1 200 mg/kg.the new leaves of C.osmantha seedlings began to curl and turned yellow.When the Pb content in the soil was upto 2 000 mg/kg,all the C.osmantha seedlings were killed.
