13味消肿固脱汤熏洗治疗围产期妇女混合痔30例临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids in 30 Perinatal Women by 13-flavor Swell-relieving Herbal Decoction and Fumigation

目的观察13味消肿固脱汤熏洗治疗围产期妇女混合痔的临床疗效。方法将60例围产期混合痔妇女患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例,观察组采用自拟13味消肿固脱汤熏洗治疗,对照组采用1:5000高锰酸钾溶液外洗治疗,2组均连续治疗5 d,观察2组临床疗效,混合痔肿痛消失、痔核还纳和便血消失的时间以及观察2组方法的不良反应、毒副作用情况。结果 2组临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组混合痔肿痛消失、痔核还纳和便血消失的时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟13味消肿固脱汤熏洗治疗围产期妇女混合痔临床疗效显著,明显改善临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of 13-flavor swell-relieving herbal decoction and fumigation on the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in perinatal women. Methods:60 patients with perinatal mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases per group. The observation group was treated with self-made 13-flavor swell-relieving herbal decoction and fumigation and the control group was given external washing with 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution. The two groups were treated continuously for 5 days to observe. their clinical effect. The time of mixed hemorrhoids swelling disappearance,haemorrhoids return and hemafecia loss and the adverse reactions and side effects of the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group. The observation group was superior to the control group( P <0.05). The time of the swellingand pain disappearance,haemorrhoids return and hemafecia loss in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of self-made 13-flavor swell-relieving herbal decoction and fumigation in the treatment of perinatal women with mixed hemorrhoids is significant,and the clinical symptoms are obviously improved,worthy of clinical application.
