摘要
采用ADVISOR软件对纯电动底盘车载泵进行底盘、整车建模、数据输入、测试工况建立、仿真计算,并将计算结果与特种车辆相关行业标准值做对比,评估现有纯电动底盘车载泵的技术方案的实用性和可行性。目前,市场上功率在100kW以上的纯电动特种作业车辆暂时几乎没有,我们可以对设计方案的动力系统进行模拟仿真,根据仿真结果来对实际设计做出指导。
Chassic and whole vehicle were constructed by using the simulation software ADVISOR.With inputted data,the test conditions were established,simulation calculation was conducted.The simulation result of the vehicle power performance was compared with the related trade technical standards for the special type vehicle.It is indicated that the design of the power system is practical and feasible.At present,the special type vehicle of the power above 100kW is lack on the market.We can simulate the design of the power system,using the result of simulation to supervise the practical design.
