摘要 探讨梳棉机回转盖板的疲劳寿命分析。通过与Mindlin理论比较,建立有限元模型及对计算分析结果对比,验证了应用ANSYS有限元分析软件分析盖板与曲轨间平面/平面接触形式的微动疲劳的正确性。同时运用ANSYS Workbench软件对梳棉机回转盖板进行了疲劳寿命分析,通过分析应力云图以及在交变载荷作用下回转盖板的安全系数及疲劳累积损伤系数,验证了回转盖板设计的合理性。 The fatigue life analysis of rotation flat in carding machine was discussed.Compared with the Mindlin's theory,it is verified the correctness of the plane/plane contact form between the flat and curved rail based on the interaction mechanism under alternative load by the finite element model.And thus,fatigue life of rotation flat in carding machine is analyzed by ANSYS Workbench and the stress cloud chart,safety factor and fatigue cumulative damage coefficient under alternating load is studied,which verified the model is reasonable.
