摘要
开发一种可用于灯箱、箱包等的涤纶帆布面料,产品经、纬纱均采用27.8tex/(96f)涤纶DTY轻网络丝。针对原料特点,生产过程中对分条整经与剑杆织造工序采取相应技术措施,进行工艺优化,如调整整经张力、整经速度及剑杆上机参数等,保证产品顺利投产。产品坯布织造效率达96%,下机一等品率达92%。
Polyester canvas is developed as a fabric for light boxes,packaging,bags and suitcases. Both the warp and weft of the fabric are made from 27.8 tex/(96 f) light mesh wire of polyester DTY. Taking into account the characteristics of the raw material,such technologies of sectional warping and rapier weaving as warping tension, warping speed and rapier loom processing parameters have been optimized in the process of production,in order to guarantee the successful production. The loom efficiency rate of grey fabric has reached 96% and the rate of first-grade finished products is up to 92%.
