国有银行地市级分行组织设计优化

摘要 在当前的银行监管框架下考虑问题,不再纠结于国有银行省分行和地市级分行两个层级的各自去留问题,而是从对前期矩阵制改革的后期跟进改良角度出发,具有比较符合经营环境的现实意义。从纵向上的权责与管控、横向上的组织结构设计和优化人力资源管理等3方面,进行国有银行地市级分行组织设计优化,有利于增强银行核心竞争力。 Under the current banking supervision,there is no need to worry about the future development of both provincial and prefecture-level branches of stated-owned banks. It is in line with the practical business environment to carry out the matrix reform in the first place and make the follow-up improvement. The optimized organizational design of prefecture- level branches of state- owned banks can be conducted vertically from the management and control of rights and liabilities,and horizontally from the design of organizational structure and the optimization of human resources management. By doing so,the core competitiveness of banks can be greatly strengthened.
