产教融合视域下的职业教育德技并修育人探析

On the Combination of Skills Development with Moral Cultivation in Vocational Educationfrom the Perspective of Integration of Enterprises with Vocational Schools and Universities

产教融合是指职业教育与行业企业深度对接,德技并修指职业教育培养技能人才的过程中,"修德"与"修技"同时兼顾。职业教育存在产教融合不充分,育人机制不健全,重技能、轻德育的现象。产教融合视域下,通过健全协同育人机制、构建协同导向的校企关系、搭建育人实践平台、推进现代学徒制、完善培养体系等途径,可以实现职业教育德技并修育人。

Integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities means deeper cooperation between enterprises and educational institutes. Combing moral education with skills cultivation in the process of develop? ing highly skilled talents in vocational education indicates that both aspects should be given equal consideration to. However,it has been found that the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities is insuf? ficient,the education system is imperfect,and that much stress is laid on the development of skills while moral education is ignored. In order to realize the combination of moral education with skills development indeed,it is essential to set up a sound collaborative education system,establish collaboration-oriented relationship between enterprises and vocational schools and universities,build a platform for educational practice,promote modern ap? prenticeship,and to perfect talents development system.
