摘要
为强化高职毕业设计实践教学对学生所学知识、技能的总结与提升作用,将顶岗实习与毕业设计深度融合,突出基于职业岗位能力多元化的训练和考核,开发应用3个基本任务、2个核心任务和1个探究任务来真题实做。实践证明,基于职业岗位能力多元化的毕业实践教学改革实现了夯实学生职业基本能力,强化学生职业核心能力,挖掘学生职业探究能力的目标要求,提升了人才培养质量和就业竞争力。
In order to strengthen the role of practice teaching of graduation project in reinforcing students’ knowledge and skills,the internship is deeply integrated with the graduation project,and the training and evaluation on students’diversified competence for occupations are highlighted. Besides,the innovation of“3” basic tasks,“2”core tasks and“1”exploring task is applied in practice. It has been proved that this graduation practice teaching makes contributions to consolidating and enhancing both of students’basic and core vocational abilities,and developing their potential for exploration at work,which improves the quality of talents and their competitiveness of employment.
