摘要 运用因素分解法对我国1980—2016年产业CO2排放变化进行分析,结果表明,能源效率因素是最大的减排因素,而产业规模因素则是最大的增排因素,能源结构因素一直起减排作用,产业结构因素则基本上起增排作用;各个影响因素都对第二产业的影响作用最大,对第一产业的作用最小;第一产业实现了能源结构、能源效率和产业结构三个因素的减排,而第二、第三产业仅实现了能源结构因素和能源效率因素的减排。今后应注重能源结构的转换、能源效率的改善、产业结构的升级与经济的高质量发展。 Using the factor decomposition method, analyzed the changes in CO 2 emissions from 1980 - 2016 in China and got the following conclusions: The energy efficiency factor is the biggest emission reduction factor, while the industrial scale factor is the biggest increase factor. The energy structure factor has always played a role in reducing emissions, while the industrial structure factor has basically played a role in increasing emissions. Each of the influencing factors has the greatest impact on the secondary industry, and the least for the primary industry. The primary industry achieved emission reductions in terms of energy structure, energy efficiency and industrial structure, while the secondary and tertiary industries only achieved emission reductions due to energy structure factors and energy efficiency factors. In the future, more attention should be paid to the transformation of energy structure, the improvement of energy efficiency, the upgrading of industrial structure and the high-quality development of economy.
