摘要
医院内工作场所暴力近年来频发,引起医疗界同行的广泛关注。香港大学深圳医院为保障医务人员的安全,借鉴香港医院工作场所暴力管理的优良做法,经过不断探索及实践,建立了一套工作场所暴力事件协调处置的系统及流程。本文从防暴力管理模式及制度的建立、防暴力设施及设备投入、多部门协调处置及培训等方面进行阐述,以期为同行提供可借鉴的防暴力管理模式,进一步提升医务人员的暴力防范能力。
Workplace violence in hospitals has been frequent in recent years, causing widespread concern in the medical community. To ensure the safety of medical staff,the Shenzhen Hospital of Hong Kong University has established a system and process for coordinated management of workplace violence through continuous exploration and practice. This study elaborates on the establishment of anti-violence management mode and system, facilities and equipment investment, multi-department coordination and training, in order to provide peers with an anti-violence management model to further enhance the violence prevention ability of medical staff.
