蒙药巴特尔-7抑制口腔上皮癌KB细胞增殖及诱导细胞周期阻滞作用研究

STUDY ON MONGOLIAN MEDICINE BARTEL-7 REGULLATING CELL CYCLE ARREST AND INHIBITING CELL PROLIFERATION OF KB CELLS IN VITRO

目的:研究蒙药巴特尔-7对口腔上皮癌KB细胞增殖、细胞周期作用影响。方法:利用2.5mg/mL的蒙药巴特尔-7作用于口腔上皮癌KB细胞,经体外培养,研究对口腔上皮癌KB细胞增殖影响,利用流式细胞技术检测口腔上皮癌KB细胞周期的改变。结果:蒙药巴特尔-7可明显抑制口腔上皮癌KB细胞增殖,并诱导口腔上皮癌KB细胞于G2/M期阻滞。结论:蒙药巴特尔-7可抑制口腔上皮癌KB细胞细胞增殖速率,诱导KB细胞周期阻滞,研究蒙药巴特尔-7对口腔上皮癌KB细胞抑制作用,为临床治疗提拱了理论依据。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Mongolian medicine bartel-7 on cell line proliferation,cell cycle of oral cancer KB cell.Methods:Oral cancer KB cells were treated with Mongolian medicine bartel-7 for 24 h.Cell proliferation was detected by growth curve.Cell morphology was observed under the microscope,After KB cell line was treated with 25 mg/mL Mongolian medicine bartel-7 for 24h,cell cycle phase distribution was detected by flow cytometry.Results:The inhibitory effects of Mongolian medicine bartel-7 can significantly inhibit the proliferation of KB.Mongolian medicine bartel-7 induced the cell cycle arrest at G2/M phase.Conclusion:Mongolian medicine bartel-7 can inhibit KB cell cycle and the proliferation of oral cancer cells.It provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
