摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以累及周围关节为主的自身免疫性疾病,可导致多系统损伤,如不能得到及时有效的治疗,一般预后相对较差。近年来,越来越多的研究表明血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)可通过增加血管通透性及诱导新生血管形成,在RA的发生及发展过程中发挥重要作用。将VEGF作为靶点,或将为RA的治疗提供新的思路。 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a kind of autoimmune disease that is mainly involved in the surrounding joints,which can lead to multi-system injury.If it cannot be treated effectively,the prognosis is relatively poor.In recent years,more and more studies showed that vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)by increasing vascular permeability and induction of new blood vessels to form,in the process of the occurrence of RA and development play an important role.The VEGF as targets,or will provide new train of thought for the treatment of RA.
