摘要
使用甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯和溴代十六烷合成了一种季铵盐型表面活性剂型疏水单体,使用红外和核磁共振氢谱验证其结构与预设一致。经过单因素实验法确定了合成的最优条件为:溶剂为丙酮,原料甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯和溴代十六烷的摩尔比为1∶1. 1,反应温度30℃,收率最高可达87. 5%;经过测量浓度-表面张力曲线图得知,合成产物的临界胶束浓度约为0. 15%,水溶液表面张力可降低至42 mN/m。
A quaternary ammonium salt surfactant type hydrophobic monomer was synthesized using dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and hexadecyl bromide.The structure was confirmed by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The optimal conditions for the synthesis were determined by single factor experiment: the solvent was acetone,the molar ratio of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate to hexadecyl bromide was 1 : 1.1,the temperature was 30 ℃,and the yield was up to 87.5%.After the concentration-surface tension curve,the critical micelle concentration of the synthesized product was about 0.15%,and the surface tension of the aqueous solution can be reduced to 42 mN/m.
