摘要
将黄豆样品用干式灰化法处理成粉末,用2 mol·L^(-1)稀盐酸溶解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中的锌含量。选择的仪器条件为:最大吸收波长λ=213. 9 nm,灯电流3. 0 mA,狭缝宽度0. 2 nm,标准曲线回归方程为A=0. 7261C+0. 0205(R^2=0. 9955)。样品的加标回收率为96. 35%~101. 40%,相对标准偏差为0. 40%,且在实验条件下,共存离子的影响可以忽略。实验结果表明,该方法准确可靠,可广泛应用于食品中金属离子含量的测定,并推广至其它领域。
Soybeans were processed into powder by dry ashing method,dissolved with 2 mol·L^-1 diluted hydrochloric acid,and the content of zinc was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The instrument conditions were as follows: maximum absorption wavelength lambda λ=213.9 nm,lamp current was 3.0 mA,slit width 0.2 nm,and the standard curve regression equation was A=0.7261C+0.0205 (R 2=0.9955 ).Samples of standard addition recovery were 96.35%~101.40%,relative standard deviation was 0.40%.Under the condition of experiment,the influence of coexisting ions can be ignored.The experimental results showed that the method was accurate and reliable,which can be widely applied to the determination of metal ions content in food,and extended to other fields.
