摘要
对天山雪莲不同部位中芦丁成分进行含量测定和初步的质量研究,利用超声提取、加热回流和冷浸三种方法制备天山雪莲叶和茎部位的供试品溶液,采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定和方法学考察,得知天山雪莲叶和茎的这二个不同部位的芦丁含量不同,茎的芦丁含量低于叶的芦丁含量;并且冷浸法芦丁含量最高,其次是超声提取法,加热回流法芦丁含量最少,为进一步开发利用提供了基础数据。
The contents and preliminary qualities of rutin in different parts of saussurea involucrata were determined.The ultrasonic extraction,heating reflux and cold immersion were used to prepare the test solution of leaves and stems of saussurea involucrate.HPLC method was used for content determination and methodology investigation.It was found that the content of rutin in these two parts of leaf and stem were different.The content of rutin in stem was lower than that in leaf.The content of rutin in cold immersion method was the highest,followed by ultrasonic extraction method,and the content of rutin in heated reflux method was the lowest,which provided basic data for further development and utilization.
