开封市中心城区机动车限行对空气质量的影响 被引量:1

Impact of Automotive Restrictions on Air Quality of Traffic Control in Kaifeng Central District

摘要 为持续改善开封市区域环境空气质量,2017年12月4日0时至2017年12月31日24时,开封市对中心城区部分道路进行了试限行。大气监测数据结果表明,与前两年同期相比,污染物NO_2、SO_2、CO、PM_(10)和PM_(2. 5)的浓度均有不同程度降低,O_3浓度反而有所提高;空气污染由中度污染降为轻度污染,空气质量级别由4级升为3级;污染天气主要以良、轻度污染为主,中、重度污染天数减少,无严重污染天气出现。说明汽车限行对大气质量的改善起到了一定的促进作用。 To continuously improve the air quality,temporal traffic control was carried out on the certain roads in central of Kaifeng from 0:00 on December 4 to 24:00 on December 31 in 2017.Atmospheric monitoring data showed that the air quality was improved obviously in the temporal traffic control period,comparing with that of the previous two years.All concentrations of SO2,NO2,CO,PM10 and PM2.5 were reduced at different extent.However,the concentration of O3 was increased.The level of air pollution was reduced from the moderate of 2015 and 2016 to the mild of 2017,and the level of air quality was improved from 4 to 3.The pollution days was mainly in mild pollution,with the reduction of the moderate and heavy pollution,and no serious pollution occurred.It indicated that the temporal traffic control was beneficial to the improvement of air quality.
