摘要
研究了乙烯裂解副产的C_9芳烃采用加氢精制方法进行脱硫、烯烃饱的工艺,阐述了详细工艺设计的要点。针对C_9芳烃进行的加氢主要容易发生聚合结焦的问题,本文分析了原料组成不同对加氢反应的影响,并对工程设计中加氢压力、氢油比等影响装置运行的关键参数的合理选择给出了建议,同时还对低温加氢反应器的设计形式的选择进行了优缺点比较,给出合理的建议。
The process of desulfurization and olefin saturation of C9aromatics produced by ethylene cracking by hydrofining was studied,and the key points of process design were described in detail.For the problem of C9aromatic hydrogenation mainly prone to aggregation of coking,the influence of the composition of raw material to hydrogenation reaction was studied,and the reasonable selection suggestions of key parameters,such as the engineering design of hydrogen oil proportion and hydrogenation pressure,were given,and the reasonable suggestions the of form of the low temperature hydrogenation reactor were also presented.
