摘要
严控环境风险,做好气体泄漏防范是化学品仓库管理的重点。以某化学品仓库的气体泄漏环境风险防范设计为例,介绍了利用喷淋洗涤塔,采用碱液、酸液分别中和处理泄露情况下的酸性、碱性挥发性气体,针对有可能影响到临近敏感点的居民嗅阈值超标情况,采用处理后内循环至仓库的处理模式,详细分析了其工艺路线、特点、设计参数及环境风险预测结果。
The strict control of environmental risks and prevention of gas leakage are the key points of chemical warehouse management.Taking a gas leakage environmental risk prevention design of a chemical warehouse as an example,the spray washing tower was used to treat acidic or alkaline volatile gases with lye or acid in the case of leakage.The post-treatment cycle to the warehouse was used in view of the possible impact on the proximity of the population sensitive points.The technical route,characteristics,design parameters and environmental risk prediction results were introduced in detail.
