In order to study the changes of hydrological regime in Zishui River basin, the daily flow data of the Taojiang hydrological station (1959-2016) were selected, and the flow characteristics were analyzed by Mann-Kendall method, cumulative anomaly method and sliding T test,as well as the water resources change range method (IHA-RVA) and the method of degree of hydrologic alteration were used to evaluate the degree of changes in the hydrological regime of the Zishui River basin. The results show that the average annual flow of the Taojiang hydrological station in the Zishui River hydrological control station is flat, and the change trend is not obvious. The mutation year appears in 1987. Through the analysis of 32 hydrological indicators of the Taojiang hydrological station before and after the hydrological mutation in Zishui basin, the degree of overall changes of Taojiang hydrological station is 22%,only reaching the low degree of changes,of which the occurrence time of the annual minimum is strongly affected. This study can provide a basic reference for the healthy and sustainable development of hydrological regime in Zishui basin.
