工业化是现代化的重要推动力,也是现代化的题中之义。土地制度和户籍制度在我国快速工业化的进程中协同发挥了重要的作用,具体而言,自新中国成立至今,在我国工业化进程的三个重要阶段,它们通过不同的机制促进工业化水平的快速提升,它们是特定历史阶段实现特定战略目标的务实选择。随着国际国内环境的变化,它们需要不断调整,也正在不断调整。因此,以土地制度和户籍制度在实行过程中存在的一些问题否定它们的历史合理性不符合马克思主义辩证法。站在落后的发展中大国实现工业化的高度,以更宽广的历史视野审视新中国成立以来我国的土地制度、户籍制度及其变迁,这是我们提升制度自信和道路自信并进一步深化改革的现实源泉。

Industrialization is an important driving force of modernization,which is one characteristic of modernization.Land system and household registration system in our country together play an important role in the process of rapid industrialization.In particular,from the new China was founded,during the three important stages of industrialization in our country,they promote the level of industrialization quickly through use different mechanisms;they are pragmatic choices to achieve specific strategic objectives during certain historical periods.As the change of international and domestic environment,they need to be adjusted,and they have been adjusted always.Therefore,just paying attention to some specific problems of land system and the household registration system in the process of implement but negating the historical rationality is not in conformity with the dialectics of Marxism.Standing in the height of developing countries to realize industrialization,looking more broad historical view of land system and household registration system and their change since new China founded until now,we will find that there is solid foundationour to deepen reform and improve system selfconfidence and road self-confidence.
