摘要
本文旨在研究安全、经济和合理的航道底高程设计方法。详细介绍了航道底高程设计的影响因素,给出了国内外规范和标准中的这些影响因素的取值方法,并对这些取值方法进行了对比和分析。给出了航道底高程的确定性设计方法和概率设计方法,在概率设计方法中给出了常用的超越概率标准、可接受的风险概率重现期和长期概率标准,并最终给出了完整的概率设计方法。通过对两种设计方法的比较,建议在详细设计阶段航道底高程设计采用概率设计方法,以优化设计和降低工程投资。
In order to study safe,economic and feasible design methods of channel bottom level,an introduction to the factors that influence the design of channel bottom level is made in detail,including the value methods for these affecting factors as specified in China GB standards and other international standards.In addition,the above value methods are compared and analyzed,which leads to the deterministic design method and probability design method.The probability design method defines the conventional exceedance probability standard,acceptable risk probability return period and long-term probability standard.According to the comparative analysis,it is suggested to apply the probability design method in the detailed design of channel bottom level in order to optimize design and reduce investment.
