效果推理研究现状、知识结构及热点前沿——基于SSCI(2001—2018)的文献计量分析

Research Status,Knowledge Structure and Hot Topics on Effectuation:Bibliometric Analysis Based on SSCI(2001—2018)

从SSCI数据库收录的2001—2018年文献中,遴选出315篇效果推理论文作为主要源文献,借助CiteSpace、Biexcel和SPSS等软件,采用因子分析、多维尺度分析、聚类分析及战略坐标分析等方法,首先展示了效果推理研究现状,厘清了效果推理的理论发展脉络。其次,甄别出效果推理相关的概念与定义、理论渊源、特征维度以及量表开发与实证应用四大知识群。在此基础上重点探讨了效果推理对绩效的影响、国际化情境下的效果推理、效果/因果推理双元理性以及效果推理与商业模式创新的关系四大热点主题。最后,从效果推理研究的内容、层次和方法三方面对该领域研究进行总结和展望。

Taking 315 papers published during 2001 to 2018 from SSCI database as data sources,this paper firstly adopts factor analysis,multidimensional scale analysis,cluster analysis and strategy diagram analysis to present research status quo and to clarify theoretical development of effectuation based on CiteSpace,Biexcel and SPSS softwares.Secondly,it explores the effectuation theory′s knowledge structure from four aspects:concept and the definition,theory origin,characteristic dimensions,measurement and the empirical application.Thirdly,it focus on hotspot of the effectuation from four points:the effect of effectuation on performance,effectuation in the context of internationalization,the dual rationality of effectuation/causation,the relationship between effectuation and business model innovation.Finally,it summarizes the research status and discusses the future development directions on the content,level and methods.
