Research on the Opening Development of Henan Tea Industry under the Background of “One Belt, One Road”

"一带一路"倡议与供给侧结构性改革相配合,对提升我国经济的发展水平、促进经济长效稳定发展具有重要意义。河南省具有悠久的种茶历史,南部地区是我国茶叶主产区之一,河南茶叶产品走向世界,能够增进世界对河南的了解,提升河南省的形象与影响力。目前,河南省茶叶产业品牌认知度不高,行业亟待整合;产业国际化缺少经验积累,市场开拓存在困难;企业创新能力匮乏,产业链管理水平不高。借助"一带一路"的战略机遇,河南省茶叶行业需要认真学习国际贸易的法则,真正树立全球化视野;推动产业升级,丰富产品层次,提升产业链管理水平;积极争取政策对河南省茶企参与"一带一路"建设的支持和引导;筹划建设茶叶仓储转运基地;加大行业创新型人才的培养力度,提升从业人员业务能力,为河南省茶叶行业发展赋予新动能。

The initiative of "One Belt, One Road", matched with the supply-side structural reform, has great significance for improving the level of Chinese economic development, and promoting the steady development of economy with long term efficiency. Henan province has a long history in producing teas, and the south area of Henan is one of the main areas for producing teas in China. If the products of Henan tea go out to the world, the world will get to know more about Henan, which may also improve the image and influence of Henan province. Currently, there still exist some problems about Henan tea industry. For example, the brand cognitive of Henan tea industry is not popular enough, and the whole industry needs to be integrated;there still lack the accumulation of experience in the internationalization of industry, and there exist difficulties in market exploitation;the enterprises lack the ability of innovation, and the management of industry chain is not good enough etc. Making use of the strategic opportunity that is brought by the strategy of "One Belt, One Road", Henan tea industry should do the following aspects for its development: learn seriously the rules of international business, and really set up the view of globalization;promote the upgrade of industry, enrich the levels of products, and improve the level of the management of industry chain;actively strive for policies that may support and guide Henan tea enterprises to participate in the construction of "One Belt, One Road";plan and construct the base area for the storage and transfer of teas;strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents in the business, improve the ability of the employees, and give new impetus to the development of Henan tea industry.
