中国成人高等教育招生制度改革研究

Research on the Reform of Admission System of Chinese Adult Higher Education

半个多世纪以来,我国成人高等教育的招生制度,经过各个时期、各个阶段的运行,逐步形成了一套相对系统、较为稳定且具有成人特点的政策法规。综观中国成人高等教育招生制度,自20世纪80年代初恢复与确立以来,除了在局部进行一些微调整之外,仍执行着1986年制定的方案。随着我国的快速发展,现行的成人高等教育招生制度已滞后于时代,如招生考试科目设计不尽合理,招生志愿填报不够科学,规定录取比例、设置资格生脱离实际等。这些问题已成为制约成人高等教育发展的瓶颈,亟待进行改革。

For more than half a century, the admission system of Chinese adult higher education has been going through various periods and phases, and then formed a set of policies and rules that is comparatively systematic and stable with the characteristics of adults. Since its recover and establishment in 1980s, except for some minor adjustments in certain parts, the admission system of Chinese adult higher education still carries out the plan that was made in 1986. With the rapid development of our country, the current admission system of adult higher education has lagged behind the era, for example, the designing of subjects for entrance exam is not reasonable enough, filling in the enrollment form is also not scientific enough, and the acceptance rate being stipulated and qualified students being set are divorced from reality etc. These problems have become the bottleneck for the development of adult higher education and need to be reformed in the future.
