创新型应用技术大学发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path for Innovative University of Applied Technology

应用技术大学是培养"大国工匠"的重要载体,在我国人才培养序列中占有重要位置。目前,一部分地方本科高校虽然进入了"应用技术大学"名单,但在发展中存在诸多问题。创新型应用技术大学在创新驱动的背景下,急需与科研机构、企业、中介组织等深入合作,完善与创新型应用技术大学相适应的管理制度,组建高水平"双师型"师资队伍,培育具有良好创新氛围的校园文化,从而加快转型发展。

Universities of applied technology are the important platform where "the craftsmen in great countries" are cultivated, and occupy the important position in the order of Chinese talent cultivation. Currently, although some local universities have entered the list of "university of applied technology", there still exist many problems in their development. In the innovation-driven background, innovative universities of applied technology should urgently cooperate in depth with scientific organizations, enterprises, and intermediary organizations, complete the management system that is suitable with the innovative university of applied-technology, establish the teaching staff with "double capabilities" in high level, and cultivate the school culture with the good innovation atmosphere so as to quicken the transformation development.
