NR2F2对肿瘤上皮细胞-间充质表型转化的调控 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤是一种威胁人类健康的恶性疾病,也是世界性的医学难题。一直以来,恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率没有得到有效遏制,仍呈逐年上升趋势。肿瘤发生浸润转移,以及肿瘤治疗过程中产生的药物抵抗是肿瘤复发和患者死亡的重要原因。近年,上皮细胞-间充质表型转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)被认为是肿瘤发生浸润转移的起始步骤和肿瘤细胞耐药的主要原因之一。
