microRNA与心血管疾病研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 20世纪90年代,有学者在研究线虫的发育调控过程中发现了microRNA(miRNA)Lin-4、Lin-7,自此以后,有关miRNA的研究迅速成为生命科学领域的热点问题。目前,临床已发现超过1000种miRNA,miRNA也被称为“基因调控的新星”。据研究预测,人类基因组中约有30%的基因受miRNA调控,且同一种miRNA可能参与上百种基因的表达调节[1]。作为一种具有内含子性质的非编码RNA分子,miRNA能与一个或多个靶点mRNA特异性相互作用,参与多种生物学过程,在细胞功能的调节中扮演着重要角色。2006年起,越来越多的研究开始关注miRNA与心血管疾病的关系,且已有多项研究发现了miRNA与心肌肥厚、心律失常、血管新生、血管内膜增殖、高血压等病理生理改变的密切关联。本文就miRNA在心血管疾病诊断、预防及治疗中的临床进展作一综述。
