舒肝调冲汤联合清热暗疮胶囊对寻常型坐疮患者临床症状体征及激素水平的影响

Effect of Shugan Tiaochong decoction combined with Qingre Anchuang capsule on clinical symptoms and signs as well as hormone levels in patients with acne vulgaris

目的探讨舒肝调冲汤与清热暗疮胶囊联合用于治疗寻常型座疮患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年4月至2018年7月本院收治的寻常型座疮患者72例,使用随机数表法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组予以清热暗疮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合疏肝调冲汤治疗,比较两组临床症状体征及激素水平改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组各临床症状体征评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组睾酮(T)均降低,雌二醇(E2)均升高,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论在清热暗疮胶囊基础上,通过联合疏肝调冲汤治疗可有效改善寻常型座疮患者激素水平,同时促进各临床症状体征好转,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Tiaochong decoction and Qingre Anchuang capsule in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 72 patients with acne vulgaris treated at our hospital from April, 2017 to July, 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 36 patients for each group. The control group were treated with Qingre Anchuang capsule, and the observation group with Qingre Anchuang capsule and Shugan Tiaochong decoction. The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs as well as hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The testosterone (T) was lower and the estradiol (E2) was higher after than before the treatment in both groups, and the change ranges in the observation group were larger than those in the control group (both P < 0.05). Conclusion Shugan Tiaochong decoction and Qingre Anchuang capsule in the treatment of patients with acne vulgaris can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and signs as well as hormone levels, and is effective.
