单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的临床价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的临床价值.方法随机选取本院2017年1月至2018年2月收治的脊柱骨折患者100例为研究对象,以计算机随机化法分对照组与试验组,各50例.对照组单纯内固定术治疗,试验组内固定联合椎体成形术治疗,分析两组治疗效果.结果试验组治疗后脊椎功能评分、伤椎前高压缩比均高于对照组[(16.03±3.02)分比(12.12±2.23)分、(94.02±6.16)%比(81.41±7.83)%],Cobb角低于对照组[(10.22±2.04)°比(16.96±2.35)°],差异有统计学意义(均P< 0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(4.00%比16.00%,P<0.05).结论内固定联合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折患者效果较好. Objective To explore the values of internal fixation versus internal fixation combining vertebroplasty for spinal fracture.Methods 100 patients with spinal fracture treated at our hospital from January,2017 to February,2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,50 cases for each group.The control group were treated with internal fixation;in addition,the experimental group were treated with vertebroplasty.The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The score of vertebral function and pre-traumatic compression ratio were higher and the Cobb angle and the incidence of complications were lower in the experimental group than in the control group [(16.03±3.02) vs.(12.12±2.23),(94.02±6.16)% vs.(81.41±7.83)%,(10.22±2.04)° vs.(16.96±2.35)°,and 4.00% vs.16.00%,all P < 0.05].Conclusion Internal fixation combining vertebroplasty for spinal fracture is effective.
