妊娠与分娩是产妇一生中不可避免的生理过程,与女性下尿路症状的发生发展有着非常密切的关系;女性下尿路症状已经成为世界范围内的妇女健康问题.严重影响患者的生活质量,同时可为社会带来巨大经济损失。调查发现其患病率随年龄增长逐渐升高,每年数以万计的产妇人群均受其影响,因此,对产妇产后下尿路症状的研究具有重要意义。从病理生理、发病相关因素、分布规律等诸多方面,分析产妇妊娠分娩相关女性下尿路症状的流行病学特征,对该类疾病的预防和卫生保健有重要的指导价值。近年来,该病已经逐渐引起泌尿科及泌尿妇科专家的重视,本文将对近些年来对产妇产后下尿路症状的流行病学调查进展研究做一综述。

Pregnancy and childbirth is an inevitable physiological process in maternal women, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of female lower urinary tract symptoms.
