血糖监测和胰岛素注射移动装置在临床护理工作中的应用评价

Application of blood glucose monitoring and insulin injection mobile device in clinical nursing

目的探讨和评价新型血糖监测和胰岛素注射移动装置在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在本院内分泌科收治的接受胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者100例,随机均分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组按照常规工作流程进行血糖监测和胰岛素注射,观察组应用血糖监测和胰岛素注射移动装置执行相同的血糖监测和胰岛素注射项目。对比两组血糖监测和注射工作平均完成时间、正确执行率、院感交叉感染发生率和患者满意度。结果观察组患者对护理服务的满意度为98%,明显高于对照组的86%;观察组因血糖监测和胰岛素注射工作环节交叉感染发生率为8%,明显低于对照组的28%;差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05 ) o结论血糖监测和胰岛素注射移动装置能显著优化糖尿病患者血糖监测和胰岛素注射工作流程,减少工作失误和工作环节交叉感染发生率,提高单位时间内护士的工作效率和患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore and evaluate the effect of new-type blood glucose monitoring and insulin injection mobile device in clinical nursing. Methods A total of 100 cases of insulin-treated diabetic patients who accepted treatment in the endocrinology department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The patients of the control group received blood glucose monitoring and insulin injection according to the standard procedure, while the patients of the observation group received the same treatment by the new-type blood glucose monitoring and insulin injection mobile device. The average completion time of blood glucose monitoring and injection, the rate of correct execution, the incidence of hospital infection, and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The patients' satisfaction on nursing services of the observation group was 98%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86%), the incidence of cross infection result from the procedure in the observation group was 8%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (28%), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The new-type mobile device for blood glucose monitoring and insulin injection could significantly optimize the work flow of blood glucose monitoring and insulin injection in diabetic patients, and reduce the incidence of errors and cross-infection in clinical nursing work, increase the working efficiency of nurses and improve patients' satisfaction on nursing services.
