不同类型口腔修复膜在牙种植引导骨再生中的临床效果对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨不同类型口腔修复膜在牙种植引导骨再生中的临床效果。方法选取2017年i月至2018年3月在本院行牙种植引导骨再生手术患者120例,根据选取的修复方案分为A组65例和B组55例,其中A组给予海奥修复膜材料,B组给予肽膜修复材料,观察两组骨再生情况、不良反应以及手术前后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT )、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST )、血糖(GLU )及凝血酶原时间(PT )。结果 A组骨再生成功率95.38%,高于B组83.64%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05 ): A组成骨厚度、植骨厚度分别为(2.63 ±0.34) mm、( 2.50 ± 0.40 ) mm,明显高于 B 组(2.20 ± 0.31 ) mm、( 2.00 ± 0.32 )mm ,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05 );A组和B组手术前后PT、ALT、AST及GLU水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P > 0.05);A组不良反应发生率4.62%,低于B组16.36%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论相较于肽膜修复材料,海奥修复膜材料在牙种植引导骨再生中有较好的效果,值得临床使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different types of dental prosthetic membranes in bone regeneration guided by dental implants. Methods 120 patients undergoing implant-guided bone regeneration in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into group A (w=65) and group B (n=55) according to the selected restoration scheme. Group A was treated with Haiao dental prosthetic membrane material, and group B was treated with peptide dental prosthetic membrane material. The bone regeneration, adverse reactions, and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood sugar (GLU), and prothrombin time (PT) before and after the operation were observed in the two groups. Results The success rate of bone regeneration in group A was 95.38%, which was significantly higher than that in group B (83.64%)(P<0.05). The thickness of osteogenesis and bone graft in group A were (2.63±0.34) mm and (2.50±0.40) mm respectively, which were significantly higher than those in group B [(2.20±0.31) mm and (2.00±0.32) mm](P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in PT, ALT, AST, and GLU levels between group A and group B before and after the operation (F>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 4.62%, which was significantly lower than that in group B (16.36%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the peptide membrane material, Haiao membrane material has a better effect in bone regeneration guided by dental implants and is worthy of clinical use.
