肺动脉置管溶栓治疗急性肺栓塞的临床疗效观察及护理

Clinical observation and nursing of catheter-directed thrombolysis for acute pulmonary embolism

目的探讨肺动脉置管溶栓治疗急性肺栓塞临床疗效观察及护理。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2018年5月本院共收治的25例急性肺血栓栓塞症患者临床资料,并对5例患者行下腔静脉滤器置入+肺动脉置管溶栓术,总结其临床疗效及护理方法。结果5例患者均顺利完成下腔静脉滤器置入+肺动脉置管溶栓术,术后患者临床症状均缓解,肺动脉CTA复查未见血栓残留,经治疗有效率为100%,术后无严重并发症发生。结论肺动脉置管溶栓联合优质护理对高危组及中高危组急性肺栓塞治疗效果满意,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and nursing of catheter-directed thrombolysis for acute pulmonary embolism.Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of acute pulmonary embolism were selected in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018,in whom 5 patients underwent inferior vena cava filter implantation and pulmonary catheter-directed thrombolysis,the therapeutic effect and nursing methods were summarized.Results All the 5 patients completed inferior vena cava filter implantation and pulmonary catheter-directed thrombolysis.The clinical symptoms of the patients were all relieved.There was no thrombus residue in the pulmonary artery showed by CTA.The effective rate was 100%.No serious complications occurred after operation.Conclusion Catheter-directed thrombolysis combined with high-quality nursing is satisfactory for the treatment of high-risk and middle-high-risk acute pulmonary embolism,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
