摘要
山坡露天矿随着剥采不断向深部延伸,剥采工作面标高降低与排土场相对高差增加,运输坡度随之变大,运输成本增加,为使露天矿高效、安全、绿色发展,对山坡露天矿转凹陷露天矿开拓运输系统布置进行分析有重要意义。剥采工作面推进速度和排土场排弃空间依靠人工计算不能及时把握,加之生产组织不合理,通常导致运距的拉长。结合工程实践对全国典型大型凹陷露天矿最经济合理的运输方式进行全面的技术经济分析,对引导其他凹陷露天矿设计布置运输系统提供依据。
With the stripping and mining extending to the deep in mountain open-pit mine,and the elevation of the stripping face decreases and the relative height difference of the dump increases,and the transportation slope becomes larger,and transportation cost increases.It is of great significance to analyze the arrangement of transportation system of mountain open-pit mine to depression open-pit mine in order to make open-pit mine develop efficiently,safely and green.The propulsion speed of the stripping face and the disposal space of the dump cannot be grasped by artificial calculation.In addition,the production organization is unreasonable,which usually leads to the lengthening of the transportation distance.Combining with the engineering practice,this article makes a comprehensive technical and economic analysis of the most economical and reasonable transportation modes of typical large depression open-pit mines in China,and provides a basis for guiding other depression open-pit mines to design and arrange transportation systems.
