由于国产WK55系列电铲与495HR电铲、1190E钻机等大型进口用电设备存在技术差异,以及哈尔乌素露天矿的单条架空线供电等特点,导致生产期间电压波动较大,WK-55电铲经常发生保护性的动作。为了解决露天矿WK-55电铲电压波动问题,提出了提高和改善露天煤矿电能质量的相关措施,有效抑制了WK-55电铲电压波动。

Due to the technology difference of the domestic WK55 series electric shovel and the imported 495HR electric shovel,1190E rig electrical equipment,as well as the characteristics of a single overhead line power supply in Ha'erwusu Open-pit Coal Mine,the voltage fluctuates greatly during production period,and the WK-55 electric shovel often has protective actions.In order to solve the problem of voltage fluctuation of WK-55 electric shovel in open-pit mine,the article presents the related measures to improve the power quality of open-pit mine,which control the voltage fluctuation of WK-55 electric shovel.
